Just registered my company name

Well I just started my new company called total trinkets my web address is www.totaltrinkets.com. Still working on part's of the site, but most of it is up.

I sell from time to time. But in order to sell that one item I seem to relist it about 2 times, and some times 5 times. By the time I sell that item it almost no profit at all.

The question for everyone.

Is ebay dead or what? Let me know if you are selling, and if so please give me tips Please.
